excellent hotel experience!
great location convenient port safe walk
the location is great. it's convenient to the venetian port and lion square. i appreciated many restaurants nearby. i felt safe walking around at night.
Parking could be tricky if i had my car. That's a minor inconvenience though.

the room was large and clean, a very cute space. i found the balcony large and clean also. the room included air conditioning and blackout curtains for a restful sleep.

the staff were helpful. they did anything to. the reception staff was available 24 hours, very helpful, given my late arrival after a flight delay.

I appreciated the central location. It was easy to walk to many attractions. The room included a functional balcony. The breakfast buffet offered plenty of choices, refilled promptly ensuring fresh options.

the breakfast was wonderful i really enjoyed the variety offered each morning the staff was helpful and quick during breakfast service the location was great it was easy to walk to many shops and restaurants from the hotel i found it super convenient luggage storage was available before check-in and after checkout this was helpful as i had an evening flight
my room looked a little outdated there was a big wall mirror that seemed odd i could hear people chatting in the next room because the walls seemed thin street parking was challenging to find i spent some time looking

The room was comfortable. It had a proper shower. i found the location quite convenient to access many places. the breakfast was sufficient and tasty. I enjoyed it.
I was quite disappointed with the room, as it seemed very outdated. the balcony had a view of a ruined parking lot. i could hear people chatting in the other room. The walls seemed thin.

The location proved functional. It was near the tourist area and the sea. Our room was quite large, one of the biggest during our trip. We also found useful items provided, such as slippers, water, and extra pillows.
The room seemed a bit outdated. I noticed the balcony overlooked an unattractive parking area and some buildings. The walls were not thick. I could hear people talking in the next room and walking in the hallway.
